Violaine holds a Master 2 in International Business Law (University of Lorraine and Uppsala University in Sweden) and a Magistère in European Business Law.She was sworn in as a lawyer in 2013. She advises on mergers and acquisitions, fund-raising and, more generally, on all the firm's corporate law issues as they relate to real estate projects.
She has particular expertise in assisting entrepreneurs.
