We also monitor the implementation of legal guarantees (ten-year guarantee, perfect completion guarantee) and insurance policies specific to major projects.
During the construction phase, our role is to ensure that contracts are properly executed, checking that the work carried out complies with contractual clauses, and anticipating any disputes to ensure that operations run smoothly.
We also work closely with the Architectes des Bâtiments de France when renovating historic buildings or those located in protected areas, to ensure compliance with heritage and cultural regulations, and propose tailor-made solutions for each restoration project.
